Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In periods of high demand, minor delays may occur. You will be contacted via email or phone if a significant delay is expected.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally, including to the United States and select international destinations.
Delivery timelines vary based on location and carrier. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Tracking updates are generally available within 24 hours of shipment.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, tariffs, or taxes levied by their country during or after delivery.
These fees are not covered by LavylitesUSA and must be paid by the recipient.
5. Shipping Damage
We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.
If your order is damaged upon arrival:
Immediately contact the courier to file a claim.
Retain all packaging materials and items as proof for the claim.
Notify us as well so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Important Note:
Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order if:
The items are unopened
In unused condition
In their original packaging
Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.
2. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued as money back to the original payment method.
To qualify for a refund:
Products must not be opened (removing the seal or sticker qualifies as “opened”).
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
4. Damaged Packages & Refunds
If your package is damaged during transit, follow these steps:
Notify the courier immediately and refuse the package.
Contact us at support@lavylitesusa.com with the details and any photos.
If the damage occurred before delivery, the shipping carrier will investigate.
You may choose either a full refund or a replacement product, based on availability and investigation outcome.
