Lavylites Network Marketing Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to the Lavylites Network Marketing Program. By participating in our network marketing program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling. 

1. Enrollment and Eligibility 1.1 Eligibility: To join the Lavylites Network Marketing Program, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the country in which you operate. 1.2 Enrollment: You must complete and submit the online enrollment form and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Independent Contractor Status 2.1 Independent Contractor: As a Lavylites sales partner, you will operate as an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, or legal representative of Lavylites. 2.2 No Authority to Bind: You have no authority to bind Lavylites in any way or to incur any obligation on behalf of Lavylites.
3. Responsibilities and Conduct 3.1 Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Lavylites policies and procedures. 3.2 Ethical Conduct: You agree to conduct your business with integrity and honesty, avoiding any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices. 3.3 Product Representations: You must accurately represent Lavylites products, refraining from making false claims or unsubstantiated representations about the products or business opportunity.
4. Compensation and Payments 4.1 Commissions: You will earn commissions based on the sales of Lavylites products as detailed in the compensation plan. 4.2 Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid according to the schedule and method outlined in the compensation plan. 4.3 Deductions: Lavylites reserves the right to deduct any amounts owed to Lavylites from your commissions.
5. Marketing and Promotion 5.1 Marketing Materials: You may use Lavylites-approved marketing materials and follow the guidelines provided. 5.2 Social Media: When promoting Lavylites products on social media, you must comply with Lavylite’s social media policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Termination 6.1 Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your participation in the Lavylites Network Marketing Program at any time by providing written notice to Lavylites. 6.2 Involuntary Termination: Lavylites reserves the right to terminate your participation for any breach of these terms and conditions or any conduct that Lavylites deems harmful to its interests. 6.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use of Lavylites trademarks, return any proprietary materials, and settle any outstanding obligations.
7. Confidentiality and Proprietary Information 7.1 Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of Lavylite’s proprietary information and not to disclose it to any third party without Lavylites prior written consent. 7.2 Intellectual Property: All Lavylites trademarks, logos, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of Lavylites.
8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 No Warranty: Lavylites makes no representations or warranties about the profitability or success of your participation in the Network Marketing Program. 8.2 Limitation of Liability: Lavylites liability for any claim arising from your participation in the Network Marketing Program is limited to the amount of commissions earned and unpaid.
9. Dispute Resolution 9.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country in which you operate. 9.2 Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
10. Amendments 10.1 Modifications: Lavylites reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Lavylites website or notifying you in writing.

By enrolling in the Lavylites Network Marketing Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enroll or should immediately terminate your participation in the program.
