2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include:
Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its prior location
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, phone number, and email address
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located (or Fairfax County, Virginia, if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice
We may reinstate the material if we receive a valid counter-notice and the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, LavylitesUSA.com may terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
