Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• In periods of high demand, minor delays may occur. You will be contacted via email or phone if a significant delay is expected.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship globally, including to the United States and select international destinations.

• Delivery timelines vary based on location and carrier. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

• Tracking updates are generally available within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, tariffs, or taxes levied by their country during or after delivery.

• These fees are not covered by LavylitesUSA and must be paid by the recipient.

5. Shipping Damage

• We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.

• If your order is damaged upon arrival:

  • Immediately contact the courier to file a claim.

  • Retain all packaging materials and items as proof for the claim.

  • Notify us as well so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Important Note:
Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

• You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The items are unopened

  • In unused condition

  • In their original packaging

Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.

2. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

3. Refund Conditions

• Refunds are issued as money back to the original payment method.

• To qualify for a refund:

  • Products must not be opened (removing the seal or sticker qualifies as “opened”).

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

• Refunds will be processed after inspection and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

4. Damaged Packages & Refunds

• If your package is damaged during transit, follow these steps:

  • Notify the courier immediately and refuse the package.

  • Contact us at support@lavylitesusa.com with the details and any photos.

  • If the damage occurred before delivery, the shipping carrier will investigate.

  • You may choose either a full refund or a replacement product, based on availability and investigation outcome.
